On the ground, dozens of monsters roared up at the sky, unable to fly and only able to stare helplessly at Qin Shou and the others in mid-air, visible but untouchable.

From the distant pinnacle of the Eastern Bright Pearl Tower, a massive Golden Eagle spotted the Greedy Snake in the air. It spread its enormous wings, spanning over thirty meters, before surging toward Qin Shou and the group.
Qin Shou naturally noticed the anomaly high above. He turned to Long Xia and the others and said, "You ride the Greedy Snake to a safe area. I'll stay behind to cover our retreat."
With those words, he motioned for the Greedy Snake to dive down, skipping over the heads of the Flame Monsters before plunging directly into the inner city.
"Roar!!"
The Flame Monsters attempted to pursue, but Qin Shou and Steel Garuru fired two Extreme Cold Energy Cannons, blasting them back and intercepting their advance.
"Boom!!"
