The Old Jiao took Li Fan into the deepest part of the palace, opened a bronze gate, and saw the interior hall gleaming with light.
"This is the Treasure Pavilion of the Jiao Demon King, and on normal days, no one is allowed to take a step inside," the Old Jiao said.
"What is your relationship with the Jiao Demon King?" Li Fan asked curiously. The Jiao Demon King waged wars with the demons on the island, yet left the Old Jiao to guard the home base, which must mean he trusts him greatly.
"I am his uncle," the Old Jiao said.
"So that's how it is." Li Fan leaped into the air and landed on the Old Jiao's back, saying, "Let's go in."
The Old Jiao stepped into the Treasure Pavilion inside the hall, and directly in front were large Demon Pearls, which caused Li Fan's eyes to brighten.
