The name Evergreen Valley is something that ordinary people can't possibly understand.
A valley usually refers to a low, narrow area between two mountains, such as the Twin Dragon Valley of Great Xia, the Gourd Valley of Hanqiong, or even the Yinhe Valley of Jinshan Town.
Strictly speaking, Yinhe Valley's name is somewhat misleading. Although it lies in the lower area of Moao Mountain, its east-to-west width reaches 30 kilometers, making it difficult to discern its valley terrain unless viewed from above.
Evergreen Valley is even more exaggerated.
Its east-to-west width averages over 40 kilometers, and even though its north-to-south depth extends over 200 kilometers, calling it a valley is barely tenable.
The word "valley" might be a misnomer, but the term "evergreen" has a certain rationale.
