"Mr. Wilson, the Smiths couple have already gone to see Trenton," Lex said as he knocked and entered. There was a trace of excitement on his face.
Daniel shot him a cold glance. Lex immediately straightened his face and stood still, just like the bodyguard beside him.
"Is everything ready?" Daniel asked, looking at Lex and the other bodyguard. Both nodded firmly.
Daniel waved his hand, signaling them to go carry out their tasks. But Lex didn't leave. He walked up to Daniel and said seriously, "I'll go bring William back for you."
"My strength will be fully restored in an hour," Daniel reminded him.
Lex still insisted, "I'll go. You saved my life and gave me a job. I owe you."
"It's not that I don't want you to repay me," Daniel replied. "But this isn't something you can handle. Can you code? Can you crack the security system in Trenton's castle? Can you avoid infrared detection?"
Lex was left speechless by all the questions.
