Chapter 35 - End of Volume: Author's Thoughts

Hey readers,

First of all, thank you so much for your patience and support. We've now reached over 65,000 views, which is honestly more than I ever imagined.

Whew—what a journey it's been, and I'm deeply grateful to everyone who's stuck around, read, and shared in this world I've been trying to build.

That said, I also want to offer a sincere apology. Lately, I haven't been in the right mindset to write wholeheartedly.

Some days I feel hesitant, even afraid—afraid that my writing isn't good enough, that I'm failing to meet expectations, or that the silence means I'm doing something wrong.

But each time those doubts rise, I remind myself of something simple: I'm writing because I love to write. Not because it's perfect, or popular, or polished. Just because it matters to me.

That's why I write, then rewrite, and rewrite again. The last two chapters went through over twenty revisions, and still, I press on.

Another thing I've noticed—not just in my work, but in many stories—is how children are often written like miniature adults. That has always felt wrong to me.

Real children are imperfect, curious, emotional, even annoying—and that's exactly what makes them real. Growth comes from imperfection. If a child is already wise, what journey is left?

Finally, I want to thank those of you who've stayed with the story. I have some good news and some bad news. The bad news is: there will be another volume before the main story truly begins.

But the good news is: it won't be long—around 10 chapters—and it will completely shift everything you thought you knew about the story.

This volume is where things break apart, so that I can return to the original vision I had when I first began writing.

Once again, thank you for your patience and support.
