As they started to walk, Silas was walking very slowly. That's why Damon picked him up in his arms. One hand was under Silas's knees and the other was under his neck.
"What are you doing? I can walk by myself, there's no need for you to carry me." Silas started wiggling so that Damon would put him down.
"Stop moving or else you'll fall down. Be a good boy—once we reach your room, I'll put you down."
Silas's guards, who were nearby, suddenly came in front of Damon to stop him.
"Please put down His Highness. He doesn't want you to carry him."
As that guard spoke, Silas wrapped his hands around Damon's shoulder and slightly winked at the guards, signaling them to leave them alone.
And the guard was a little clever—he caught Silas's signal and left from there after apologizing.
Damon was shocked at first that the guards were telling him something else, and then they left after apologizing. After that, they went straight to Silas's room.
