The moment Narisva absorbed the spirit of Spheraphase, her entire personal dimension began to distort violently. Her dimension expanded beyond comprehension.
The once empty cosmic space around her immediately began to grow larger and larger until even her own dimensions themselves seemed too small to contain her existence. Her Spatial Energy emerged endlessly from her body like an infinite ocean bursting from a broken seal. The dimension rapidly expanded until it reached the size of an entire stellar system.
Still, it continued growing. Then, stars began forming everywhere.
They were massive celestial bodies ignited into existence from pure Spatial Energy alone. Some were blue giants while others were white dwarves. Burning suns illuminated the darkness while planets began forming naturally from the excess energy leaking from her ascension. Gas giants rotated slowly through the void while asteroid belts and nature satellites formed around them.
Narisva was changing too.
Her body grew larger and larger every second until the stars around her looked no bigger than marbles floating through darkness. Her starry blue eyes slowly transformed into something far more terrifying and beautiful. Black holes rotated within her pupils. Nebulas drifted beneath her irises. Entire constellations were reflected inside her gaze.
Her hair began to create black holes from it.
Tiny singularities formed between strands of hair before stabilizing into miniature cosmic voids. Her hair kept growing longer and longer until it stretched across entire regions of space like rivers made of darkness and stars. Nebulas formed naturally within the strands themselves, causing her hair to resemble space itself.
Below her feet, liquid began spreading throughout the dimension. Entire galaxies were reflected inside its surface while cosmic particles drifted through it endlessly. The starry ocean spread throughout her personal dimension until it became the very foundation of her world.
Narisva slowly looked around her transformed dimension. Even she was speechless. The cocky Celestial princess genuinely did not know what to say. She noticed Elest floating nearby except this time, he was no longer using a humanoid shape.
His true Celestial form towered across the stars themselves. His body resembled living space wrapped in cosmic storms and gravitational distortions. Multiple rings of light rotated behind him while his eyes looked like galaxies. Even then, Narisva had already become larger than him.
"This is only the first stage. Expansion. You expanded your existence and your personal dimension to the level required for higher divinity."
Narisva slowly nodded while looking around herself. The pressure radiating from her body alone was enough to distort stars nearby.
"The second stage is Organization. Expansion without structure is meaningless."
Narisva slowly raised one massive hand. The universe around her responded instantly.
The millions of stars forming randomly throughout the dimension suddenly began moving. Massive spirals formed throughout space as black holes positioned themselves naturally at the center of enormous stellar structures.
Thousands of galaxies were formed with each one rotating elegantly throughout her dimension.
Nebulas stretched between them while clusters of stars gathered into beautiful formations. The empty chaos of her expanding dimension became an organized universe under her control. The sight was so overwhelmingly beautiful that even Elest stared silently for several moments. Narisva casually reached into her own hair and pulled out burning stars between her fingers before placing them throughout her dimension like decorations. Every movement she made altered reality itself.
Before long, she stood surrounded by thousands upon thousands of galaxies. Massive black holes consumed light peacefully while cosmic storms drifted through the endless void. Her dimension had become a true cosmos.
"The final stage is Integration."
Narisva slowly shrunk her body until she was the size of a star itself. Even then, she still radiated enough energy to annihilate worlds. In front of her floated a massive white sun burning with terrifying intensity. The heat distorted nearby space while solar flares erupted endlessly from its surface.
Narisva took a slow breath, reached forward and dipped her hand directly into the star. Immediately, unbearable pain shot through her body. She hissed sharply as the energy flooded into her existence. Her arm began cracking apart under the pressure while Spatial Energy surged violently around her. However, she did not stop. She clenched her teeth and continued absorbing the star itself.
The white sun trembled violently before it exploded.
A massive supernova erupted throughout the dimension with enough force to annihilate countless nearby stars. Yet before the shockwave could damage her universe, Narisva absorbed it. The supernova compressed and disappeared into her body. The collapsing remains of the star immediately formed a black hole which she grabbed with her bare hand before integrating it into herself as well.
Narisva floated there, breathing heavily. Her body trembled slightly from the strain of the process but it was done.
Expansion, Organization and Integration are the three aspects required to ascend into the Second Tier of Primordial Deity status. Her presence slowly spread throughout the dimension. Elest stared at her silently before speaking in genuine amazement.
"You truly succeeded…"
Narisva slowly opened her eyes. The moment she did, light lit up in her eyes. Her irises were black holes now. She had crossed the boundary separating ordinary Deities and existence itself.
Narisva Starisnova, The Strongest Divine of the Third Generation, had officially become a Primordial Goddess of the Second Tier.
°°°°°°
Narisva floated in the endless cosmic sea of her personal dimension while her breathing remained uneven. Around her, galaxies rotated in silence. Massive spirals of stars drifted through the darkness while black holes devoured light. Nebulas stretched endlessly across the void in colors Earth itself would never be capable of seeing. The pressure radiating from her existence alone was enough to erase weaker worlds.
Narisva looked down at her own hand.
Her fingers no longer looked entirely physical. Tiny galaxies rotated beneath her skin. Her veins looked like rivers of stars flowing endlessly through her body. Even her heartbeat sounded distorted now. Every pulse caused entire systems around her to tremble slightly. The spirit of Spheraphase had fully fused into her existence. She slowly closed her hand and nearby space folded instantly. Entire stars compressed themselves into singularities before reforming again a moment later.
"So this is what unrestricted spatial authority feels like…"
Even her voice sounded different now. Every word echoed through galaxies like reality itself was listening carefully to her speech. Elest folded his arms while floating beside her gigantic cosmic figure.
"You should be careful. You're still adapting to the output of your existence. Right now your body is unconsciously manipulating gravity, matter and dimensional layers simultaneously."
Narisva looked around again. The stars nearest to her were slowly orbiting around her body.
"So this is why Celestial Deities become detached from people."
"Exactly. Once your existence becomes too large, smaller lifeforms stop feeling real to you. A normal human lifespan becomes less than a second from your perspective. Entire civilizations rise and die while you blink."
Narisva stayed silent before she suddenly frowned.
"I don't like that."
"You're saying that now because you still have emotional anchors."
"Veneri."
"Yes. Him."
Narisva looked down at the galaxies beneath her feet.
"He still feels real to me."
"That's why you're dangerous."
"How is that dangerous?"
"Because Celestials with emotional attachments become irrational. The strongest Celestial Deities in history were never the cold ones. They were the obsessed ones."
Narisva immediately understood what he meant. Celestials normally viewed existence objectively but someone who possessed the power to collapse stars while loving someone deeply?
That was terrifying. Emotions and infinite power were a catastrophic combination.
"You already crossed the line long ago anyway. The moment you decided to love someone more than your own ascension, you stopped thinking like a normal Celestial."
"And yet here I am, ascended anyway."
"Exactly why you're terrifying."
She laughed quietly. The laugh alone caused cosmic waves to spread through nearby galaxies. Then she slowly looked at herself again. Her body began shrinking until she finally returned to a humanoid form.
Although now, even in humanoid shape, she looked fundamentally different.
Her long dark hair contained moving nebulas within it. Tiny stars glimmered inside the strands. Her pupils looked like miniature black holes rotating endlessly inside space blue-colored irises. Space itself distorted slightly around her body.
Elest stared at her for a few seconds before speaking again.
"You should probably suppress your presence before returning to Earth."
"Right."
The moment she relaxed her presence, the dimension stopped trembling violently. Still, even suppressed, she felt absurdly powerful. She could feel planets and spatial distortions in her own personal universe. It felt strangely peaceful. She slowly sat down on the starry water beneath her feet. Ripples spread across the cosmic ocean while entire constellations reflected beneath her.
"I wonder what expression Veneri will make when he sees this."
Elest immediately snorted.
"He'll probably stare at you like an idiot for ten minutes."
"That long?"
"You underestimate how much that man likes you."
Narisva looked away while trying not to smile.
"He already looks at me strangely enough."
"Because you're beautiful."
"That's not a real reason."
"Elves, Celestials, Aeterium, humans, it doesn't matter. Anyone with functioning eyes would stare at you."
"You're being dramatic."
"No. I'm being truthful."
She sighed before lying down on the cosmic water. Above her were billions of stars. Her stars. She felt free as though her own restrictions were shattered.
Strangely enough, the very first thing she wanted to do with that freedom was go back to Earth and annoy Veneri.
