Every time she began a conversation with him, either it ended with an argument or it ended with Zyran not taking her seriously. Either way, Mila wanted to try. She let go of the door and turned.
"Why didn't you—"
"Yes, I'll be on my way," Zyran stood up holding his phone to his ear. When he noticed Mila was saying something, he moved the phone.
"You were saying?"
Mila chuckled softly, shaking her head. "Nothing... I was only—"
"Alright, let's talk about that. You're at home right?" He walked past Mila and left the house.
Mila glanced at the door, then inside the house, her shoulders dropping tiredly. She couldn't make it work if Zyran was always busy and only made time when he liked.
