Getting to the car, Lacie's step faltered. She was glad her sister wasn't worried anymore and it was her cue to leave.
"Lacie, what are you doing? Get in the car." Mila tipped her toe, trying to get a view of her sister blocked by Zyran's broad chest.
Lacie pointed at the car, "You go home, baby. I'll come visit tomorrow."
"It's late. Where are you going to sleep?" Mila asked worriedly, wriggling her hand from Zyran's grip.
"I already called Ashley. Don't worry about me. See you tomorrow." Lacie clutched her bag to her shoulder and left.
Mila's eyes followed her sister. She was really worried about Lacie. Even though she acts strong all the time, Lacie wasn't that strong, but if one thing she was certain of, Lacie knows how to keep herself safe.
The truth was she shouldn't be worrying about Lacie at the moment when someone was glaring at her. Mila didn't dare to look at Zyran. She slipped into the car.
