But to get a Relic of the Breaker rank, its extremly hard, since you have to fight an enemy of the Breaker rank. Most of the time, there are times when you can get one from weaker enemies, maybe even from a reader enemy.
It's luck most of the time.
But at the same time, many Harbinger have Breaker relics, even some Bearers, so maybe there was another method he didn't know about.
