Could there exist an entire microscopic world on the reverse side of this false quantum field?

Perhaps the so-called false quantum field wasn't false at all, but an entire parallel layer of reality bound to three-dimensional space—an attached world.

And this world connected not through coiled microscopic dimensions, but through something subtler: any disturbance within the microscopic world could transmit information into that other layer.
