"If we start with the specific items that you would like to have, or see as a requirement, then add the items that you know should be included for other nations' requirements, that will really help speed up the process.
We were going to have the team start right away, but if the existing design isn't going to work, then we should at least make an effort to get them a workable design as soon as possible." Dominic suggested.
