On the way, Aramith and Mozrael saw a lot of students, but the farther they went, the fewer the number of students.
Some glanced at them, but didn't ask anything.
It wasn't until they were getting closer that they saw a familiar figure in a group.
Lydan had his head bowed slightly as he stood in front of three other students.
"You're so useless, yet you have the guts to come in here to cultivate? Such opportunities are wasted on you."
Lydan clenched his fists, not saying anything, but his mind was running wild.
Useless? I wonder if you'll have the same reaction if you were in my place.
"Quiet, huh? I heard you were a tough guy. Guess it's just rumors," Another scoffed.
"Tough? He got beaten up by a new student, and made that mad woman injure others."
Lydan didn't react yet. It wasn't that he was afraid or incompetent.
On a normal day, dealing with these students would be an easy thing for him, but ever since that encounter with Aramith, he'd lost his confidence.
