"Wait, what?". Aunt Penelope exclaimed, while looking like I had thrown a bomb at her face.
She looked taken aback as she continued to look at me without blinking. "What did you just say, Anastasia? Can you repeat it? I must have misheard". She said to me.
I understood her reaction, as that was normal.
I mean, who wouldn't be shocked if they were told out of the blue that they had nephews who they never knew existed?
"It's just as you have heard it, Aunt Penelope. The twins are my brothers. I brought them back with me, and they were the ones who donated their blood to you and played a crucial part in healing you". I told her the truth, without hiding anything from her.
"This- this can't be". She muttered and staggered back.
This was the first time ever that I saw her behave like this.
"You should not have brought them. Are you alright?". She asked me and looked worried.
I smiled at her because I understood her once again.
