Quirk: Forge Of Creation
Abilities: Allows the user to create new quirks in their body. When the user wants to create a new quirk it must fit into one of the types. These five types are emitter Quirks, mutation Quirks, transformation Quirks, and accumulation-type Quirks. The last type is fusion Quirks which are a single quirk that combines two other types into one quirk. Any gaps in logic or function are filled in by the user's imagination and the quirk's own will. The user can gift these sub-quirks to others and take them back as well.
Example: User creates a quirk that makes fireballs and allows them to throw them like a regular ball. The quirk will fill in how the fire was made why it doesn't burn the user as well as the shape and size of the fireballs.
