Shukaku raised his arms and fired a barrage of sand shurikens. Kakashi's susanoo was able to dodge the attack and started firing mangekyo styled shurikens. The copy ninjas shuriken had immediately absorbed the barreling sand shurikens until it's now only mere moments from reaching Shukaku. The bijuu saw this and moved out of the way to avoid the incoming attacks. He looked up and immediately raised his arms to block a sudden drop kick from the susanoo.
"Don't think that measly attacks like this can hurt me, Hatake. This susanoo is not even comparable to that of Madara's!"
"You talk too much, Shukaku."
A lightning fist landed squarely on Shukaku's face. The attack cause him to roll over the ground due to the strenght of the impact however, Kakashi gave him no room to get up. He hit the bijuu a diving right hook that shook the ground beneath. Tremors occurred as the forest are shifting due to the battle of the two giants. Shukaku's tail was grabbed and was used as an instrument to smash Shukaku to the ground again and again. Shukaku came in like a wrecking ball, being smashed to the ground over and over and over. His body had made imprints to the ground before he finally had enough. With a shout, he let out chakra shockwave from his body that made Kakashi to lose his grip on his tail. Shukaku saw the oppurtunity and immediately fired a tailed beast bomb but Kakashi was able to expect and uses kamui to pass through the attack.
Shukaku became livid once he saw his attack not landing on the sharingan user.
"That damn eye. I will make sure to crush that head of yours once I'm done with you."
Shukaku started sprinting towards the Susanoo. His steps had shaken the ground they stand as the bijuu ran like a wild animal.
"Hatake!" Shukaku roared.
When the two beings clashed, shockwave could be felt from a few mile's away. The two behemoths are now locked in a fierce hand to hand combat. Shukaku went for a right hook but Kakashi dodged and hit Shukaku with an uppercut. The bijuu stumbled but was able to catch the susanoo's arm and slammed his opponent to the ground. Shukaku jumped and did an elbow drop right at the susanoo's mid section. The bijuu then went atop his enemy and gave him a barrage of relentless punches but Kakashi was thankfully able to phase thorough the attack due to his sharingan. He stood up and kneed the bijuu right in the face before picking the said bijuu and threw him towards the ground. A loud boom echoed through the surrounding as well as the tremor that resulted with it.
Shukaku briefly stood up but noticed that his hands and feet are both wet. Looking around, he realized that he is currently standing in a lake. A loud sound of lightning echoed through the surrounding. Shukaku looked towards where the noise come from and immediately dodged an incoming lightning blade from Kakashi. Shukaku prepared another tailed beast bomb and fired towards Kakashi. Kakashi phased through most of the attacks but had to dodge a few to conserve a few chakra.
"Heh, what's wrong Hatake? Can't keep up?"
Shukaku fired another attack and this one nearly hit Kakashi's susanoo in the abdomen.
"You're running low on chakra, Hatake. Sooner or later, you will die. Courtesy of me, the mighty Shukaku."
"You sure do run your mouth a lot. Is it ready, Hidan?"
"Yeah."
Shukaku heard the other akatsuki member and found him standing at the giant waterfall near the lake. The flow of the waterfall is currently being blocked by a towering earth wall. Looking at now, Shukaku found a few cracks at the wall and realized that the makeshift damn is about to burst. Sensing that something is wrong, Shukaku tried to flee but Kakashi took hold of his tail and slammed him to the lake.
"Now, Hidan!"
Hidan then went a series of hand signs and as on cue, the damn broke and formed into a giant water dragon that dwarfed even the one tailed bijuu. Kakashi saw the jutsu and was shocked at the sheer size of the water dragon.
"That jutsu...it feels like watching a mythical dragon."
"Get ready to die, one tail! Water Style: Majestic Water Dragon!" Hidan yelled and as he brought fort the jutsu, the humongous dragon roared that shook the surroundings before heading straight towards its victim. Shukaku tried to prepare a tailed beast bomb but he was too late. The dragon hit Shukaku and caused a deafining explosion that shook the land. Several landscapes were rearranged. At the center of explosion, a towering burst of water can be seen that stood up higher than the mountains. Kakashi had to force himself to stay uphigh due to the strong winds. When the explosion is over, the lake is now bigger due to the added water and has flooded all the surrounding plant life. Shukaku can be seen floating in the water, his form now having numerous wounds and bruises but despite his injuries, Kakashi could tell that the bijuu is still alive.
"The resilience of a bijuu sure is astounding." Kakashi muttered before looking at his partner who's panting heavily.
'Might be chakra exhaustion but still....to think that he could pull that off. Konan-sama sure is lucky to have you back, Hidan.'
Hidan's Point of View
Collecting water scrolls from all those dead bijuu faction members sure took a awhile but it paid off. With high amount of water scrolls, I could summon a flood that could level a village if I combine it to the water from the giant waterfall. Looking at the downed bijju from here, I say that it's finally over. Heh...take that Kakuzu. Who says I don't think? I'm not an S-class for nothing.
General Point of View
Feeling like he's rested long enough, Hidan took his scythe and slowly approached the bijuu. Kakashi canceled his susanoo and landed right beside Hidan.
"So...what are we gonna do with him?" Hidan asked.
"Now...we seal him. You already know that killing bijuu is futile since they'll reform after a few years so imprisonment is the best course to act...for now." Kakashi replied before taking out a certain scroll and sealed Shukaku inside.
"And pray tell how do you prison a live bijuu? Considering his strenght, the village could be put at risk."
"Well...that's what the jinchurikis are for."
Hidan widens his eyes at Kakashi's remark before letting out a scoff.
"Heh...guess that'll do." Hidan stated.
