Anastasha's eyes fluttered open when the carriage stopped moving. The first thing she did was glance at the window and see the soldiers in golden armor surrounded her carriage. She smirked as she stood up and opened the carriage door. She saw a dozen soldiers on horses, staring down at her before they glanced at the inside of the carriage, finding out that she was alone.
"Occasion?" The captain of the soldier that guarded the entry to the capital city asked Anastasha without showing any sign of respect or fear. As a captain in the army of the Khan Empire, he held a significant position in the country that even patriarchs of great clans wouldn't dare to tell him to bow his head.
"I'm here to meet with Young Master Cyuren," Anastasha answered as she stared at the captain's face, remembering his facial features.
