The sound of strings in harmony that turned notes into melodies filled the cathedral. The big place was only filled with less than twenty people, but it was what Carrion and Erlina wanted.
Carrion stood in front of the altar, his fingers couldn't stop tapping his thigh. He never thought he would stand there, to experience what people call being someone's other half. He glanced at Rasmus and Daryus, who were standing to his left and faced toward the guests.
"Fuck... this is... too much..." Carrion muttered as he took a deep breath.
"More than what you have witnessed and experienced so far?" Rasmus glanced at Carrion.
"Obviously... well, not really..." Carrion's voice was quiet, too quiet. "I don't think I deserve this, I don't think I don't deserve her," he looked at Rasmus with fear and anxiety.
"You don't," Rasmus responded without hesitation.
