The soldiers were busy dealing with flying demons that were twice their size. The wings of the demons were enough to even cut through armor and crush human bodies from a simple hit. However, Moriganne, Monica, Aurelia, Eveline and priests from both nations helped everyone with divine power.
"Is she not going to use it?" Eveline looked at the center of the city.
"Just focus on helping everyone, Eveline. We don't have time to think about other things but our responsibilities," Moriganne said as she released Divine energy that was enough to weaken the demons. She didn't want to use her full power because this war had just started.
Monica used her divine power to enhance the soldiers' strength and agility. She was being protected by the Northern Templars and Maximilian making sure no demons could even approach her.
Aurelia was at the front near the outer layer wall along with the Holy Nation Paladins, Esper, and Ulric. They were the ones who had to deal with a lot of demons.
