The first Solstice of the year marks the day the realm was formed. The day the moon met the earth, and Man became a Wolf. The beginning of the new era of Werewolves.
A very long time ago, a week before the realm was formed, things were ordinary. The goddesses lived in secluded areas—mountains, waters, and long-lost valleys—while Man lived in the open spaces of the earth.
Things were normal… or not entirely. A goddess lay together with a man, one with whom she had fallen in love. This goddess was not just any goddess, but the granddaughter of the Moon Goddess herself. Her name was Laluna.
Laluna was a curious goddess who decided to travel to forbidden areas, places where man lived. It was on one of these days that she saw a man, a skilled hunter on one of his hunts. He sensed her presence, even though she tried to keep still, and soon had his arrow pointed at her. He lowered it when he saw her eyes—large, round, and a glassy blue.
That was the day Laluna met Kaelen.
