A few days passed by since Dumbledore met with Felix. During this time, the old man began preparing for the ritual, while Felix stayed by William's side. While William had a thin layer of skin on his body, he was far from healing.
It was also during these few days that William woke up once and asked Felix to just put him out of his misery. Felix refused this request as he decided to be selfish, but the look of disappointment in William's eyes has been haunting him since. Now besides his dreams being haunted by the massacre he did, there was also William's eyes making him sleep very little.
"I have prepared everything, are you ready?" Dumbledore appeared at the door.
"Let's go." Felix nodded as he stood up.
While leaving with Dumbledore, Felix stopped one of the healers on this floor. He basically said a few words which the healer just nodded, before the two left. Basically, he just asked to keep an eye on William and if he woke up again before he got back. He asked to tell William that he would be back soon.
About forty minutes after Dumbledore and Felix left. A healer from another section of the St. Mungo appeared on the floor. Quietly slipping into William's room, the man appeared beside William.
"Don't worry, I will make the pain go away, sir." The man whispered with a smile.
"Avada Kedavra!"
Thus under the impact of the killing curse, William left this world while the healer stood up straight. He held his smile as he sent off another soul in terrible pain to the afterlife. That smile only lasted a few seconds as upon turning around, half a dozen wands and more aurors behind those in the door appeared in his eyes glaring at him.
"Drop your wand!" A man shouted with a face covered in scars.
"I was giving him peace from the pain he was in." The man replied. "Like so many others."
"Shut up!" Alastor Moody growled as he hit the wall a couple times.
It was very clear he was furious with himself about what just happened. It had come to the director's attention that an unnatural number of deaths had been appearing. So he had asked a favor from Alastor to investigate if a possible Angel of Death appeared as muggles would call it.
What made Alastor even more angry is who his last victim was before he could arrive. He knew who the man on the bed was and felt bad for the boy. Tragedy and bad luck seems to follow the boy lately.
While his team escorted the man away, Alastor turned to one of the healers on the floor.
"Where is Felix?"
"He left about forty minutes ago with Albus Dumbledore. They had something to take care of and he would be back in a couple hours." The healer who spoke a few words with Felix answered.
Alastor rubbed his forehead.

At Hogwarts, Felix stood meeting a slight idol of his even if the man was very old looking and very frail. For the man who Dumbledore called to come help him is a legendary figure in the wizarding world and has lived over six centuries.
Nicholas Flamel.
The man appeared old, and Felix was very careful shaking his hand. If he wasn't careful, it would be very easy to hurt the man. Still, Felix was amazed at Dumbledore for being able to call this man here.
"So you are the young genius Albus has been telling me about." Nicholas asked. "So, what do we need to do?"
"Didn't he tell you?" Felix looked at Dumbledore strangely. "It was in the notebook I gave you."
"He is messing with you." Dumbledore answered.
"Oh," Felix nodded. "Well, I will go grab the last piece and it's almost noon. So we should get prepared."
It wasn't until Felix was carrying the box enchanted to hold the Tiara of Ravenclaw did a large amount of sadness overwhelmed him. He felt like he lost someone close to him as his heart ached at the loss as he looked at the time.
"I hope you are ok, dad." Felix looked at the sky outside.
It had been forty minutes since he left with Dumbledore to remove Voldemort Horecruxes. Now in another fifteen minutes, it will be noon and the ritual will take place. For the sun will be at its peak.
--
After taking their place in a triangle as the sun beamed down from overhead. Felix looked at the two older men as each held their wands.
"Shall we begin?" He asked.
Both nodded solemnly as the three began to chant lightly as the Tiara in the center began to vibrate. Then upon hitting the peak, in multiple locations, a deathly screamed echoed around.
