Time flew by and soon Halloween arrived once more inside Hogwarts. A day that Felix liked but it's also a day Voldemort would send his yearly assassination gift. But this year, he will be returning the gift with Bellatrix's help.
The gift wasn't something really complicated and since he was in a DC comic mood. He decided to give them a mixture of Joker and Fear gas. Even if it is a bit illogical, he felt a bit bad that there is a pretty high chance that some of them might die. For this isn't like when they were attacking him, but him making a move on his own.
"Felix, do you think we can finish the ring this year?" John asked.
Felix thought about it as he looked at his friend while running through all they had to do. The Green Lantern Ring held many features and they also had to build a power bank. Right now they have the construct function and half of the knowledge bank done. This is after nearly two months of working on it.
"Probably not." Felix replied honestly.
"That's surprising." Angel chimed in as she came down from her dorm room.
"What is?" Felix asked.
"That this magic project is going to take so long. The longest one I know you did was hatching Phoenixes and that just because we needed to wait for them to hatch." Angel replied.
Felix just shrugged as he really began to wonder if they had some misunderstandings. Actually, he began to wonder if quite a few people have a misunderstanding of him. Making magic tools or artifacts, finding or making variant use of different magics, and writing books. It was really time consuming and can be expensive.
"It is called one of the universe's strongest for a reason." Felix replied.
"In a comic book." Angel rolled her eyes.
"That is why it could be said to be magic, bringing fiction into reality." John said with a smile.

The day progressed as Felix followed his routine until the Halloween dinner arrived. Once more due to the war Voldemort is waging. Dumbledore didn't invite outsiders to perform, but instead made a show by himself using his own magic.
Thanks to this, it was easy to see why he is considered one of the strongest wizards alive. It was the way he weaved magic instead of brute strength that made magic amazing. Magic isn't for waging battles or busting down doors to blast those on the other side. It was to brighten up the world and let creativity and fun blossom.

While Felix was hanging out in the Great Hall enjoying the night. The same can't be said to be the same in the current temporary headquarters of Voldemort and his Death Eaters. When they all arrived and took their seats while a fair portion roamed the place on patrol. The building suddenly and rapidly began to fill out with green smoke.
The sound of endless laughter mixed with pure and utter terror began to fill the halls. Bellatrix who was prepared watched in amazement and slight terror as everyone around her rolled screaming and laughing.
Even the Dark Lord wasn't an exception or could be said to be most horrific. Due to a ritual he did to himself to increase his resistance to toxins. He seemed to react strongly to the mixture as he began to claw at his face.
Due to knowing that this was all done by Felix, Bellatrix discovered a fear of him growing inside of her. He has basically wiped out the entire top force and even incapacitated the Dark Lord with a couple of bottles.
Standing up from her chair, Bellatrix soon left the building and sent a letter to DMLE. She soon left and hid herself as thirty minutes later Aurors rapidly swarmed the place. The sight of many of her former allies being hauled off in their robes shocked her. However to her surprise, Voldemort wasn't among them nor were there a couple higher ups like Lucius Malfoy, her husband in name Rodolphus Lestrange, and a couple others.
Even so, after calculating those caught, this was a big blow to Voldemort.

The next morning, Felix found the Daily Prophet that basically rushed to print the next issue. On the cover were photos and bold text written.
Successful Assault on Death Eaters!
Reading the article how the Department of Magical Law Enforcement conducted a surprise raid on a Death Eater hideout. It revealed that they were able to capture a large number of high level members. The brave Aurors who risked their life and limbs to capture them.
The article was quite beautifully written, far from the truth but very well written. If he didn't actually know what happened and Bellatrix saying that the Dark Lord escaped. Even he felt the story was quite believable.
'I think some of these reporters need to go into writing fiction. They would do quite well I think.' Felix thought.
While more and more read the articles the students and even some of the early rising professors were breaking into smiles. While it wasn't as special as the blood war coming to end, it has been a long time since the Death Eaters were hit hard.
