Chapter 311 - Escape

Eryndor eventually stopped after loot—, uhm, cleaning the whole room.

The shelves nearest the entrance had yielded the greatest rewards, while those deeper within Storage Room Twelve were filled primarily with items that had most likely lost their usefulness long ago. 

Many bottles in the deeper shelves contained substances that had hardened into black lumps, numerous crystals were covered in fractures, and several powders had fused into solid blocks that no longer resembled their original forms.

A few of those items might still possess value. Most of them probably did not. At least, that was Eryndor's assumption.

Then again, he had previously believed some of the journals were worthless until he had discovered fragments written in languages he could actually understand.

With that thought in mind, he still took a considerable amount of material.

His storage equipment felt noticeably occupied by the time he finally stepped back into the corridor.
