"I'm hungry."
Mu Xinghan said this as soon as he closed the car door.
"Let's find a place to eat. In such cold weather, eating hot pot is the best."
Su Wanxin didn't expect him to be so blunt and wanted to refuse, but her stomach betrayed her, growling before she could speak.
She had not eaten at noon, only having drunk a bowl of soy milk in the morning and had been starving for a while now.
The car was quiet, so the rumbling of Su Wanxin's stomach sounded particularly clear. Embarrassed, she cleared her throat and lowered her head, not knowing what to say for a moment.
"See, I told you I was hungry." Mu Xinghan rubbed his stomach. "It's growling. I remember there's a hot pot restaurant near your company, over there."
He gestured with one hand on his stomach and with the other, he pointed in the direction of the restaurant. Su Wanxin looked at him, troubled, and said, "I don't want to eat with you."
"Why?"
"Because I'm not familiar with you."
