Angelica was happy internally. She was full, she knew that it was a good thing for her come to her mother's house to eat. She did not know why, but whenever she was over here, she could eat more and she felt more at peace, however, when she was at the castle. She felt so reluctant to do anything, even eating.
Angelica carried her dishes and walked into the kitchen. Ame and the other maids were shocked to see her here.
"Lady Angelica," they called in surprise.
"Good morning," she said.
"Good morning, my lady," they all said.
"I want to wash these," she said.
"No, no, no, my lady, we will do it," Ame said.
"I want to do it," Angelica frowned.
"No, my lady. Go and rest, this is our duty, we will do it," she said and the other maids agreed.
Angelica did not want to argue, so she simply left the dishes on the ground and left.
"What was that about?" Ame looked at the others.
"I do not know," the older maid replied.
"She scared me when she walked in," the youngest maid said.
