Lillian's original plan before the kidnapping was to take advantage of Kuro's injured state. Besides just his arm, he had suffered a much graver wound inside the game as he had faced the Obsidian Warden by himself, only being able to stall until the guards arrived.
If he had been left with grave injuries, that would've taken more than just potions to heal; Lillian could've substituted him, taking over his position as the attendant for the Scion of Kirisaya.
But unfortunately, it seemed Fate had something else in store for her as she was dragged down along with him.
She could only sigh; there wasn't any point in getting upset about it now. After all...
