When Lillian had first destroyed the egg and claimed the "soul" of it, the whisper from the enchantment [Curse of Murder] was barely conceivable and hard to make out.
The whisper was quiet. But with each death caused by the volcanic shockwave caused by her scythe, it grew just a bit louder.
However, it wasn't enough to drive her mad, or anyone for that matter. It was still bearable. However, Lillian didn't quite enjoy the thought of it.
After regaining her balance and flipping through the air with unnatural athleticism, she gazed down at her scythe—a look of unease revealing inside her sparkly blue eyes.
'I should refrain from using the scythe...'
Although the scythe was indeed powerful for "Crowd Control", it wasn't good if she kept on increasing the number of souls it claimed and the volume of the whispers.
How could she give it away afterwards?
Putting away the scythe, Lillian switched back to using her shortsword.
