Levi roared, his voice straining while the veins bulged in his neck. He channeled every drop of his spiritual will into the connection, hoping, begging, that his spiritual prowess would be enough to stop a million-ton mountain.
But alas... the idea was in place, but the mountain continued to slide forward, the chains groaning under the impossible weight. Levi's spiritual prowess might be great, but it wasn't on the level of breaking the laws of nature.
Still, his efforts, his will, and his struggle were not for naught. The collapsing mountain appeared to have slowed down a tiny, tiny bit... the difference was so small no one could have noticed it during such a disaster. But Brahmin did, and his eyes widened in disbelief.
