It won't make any direct contact with the core, since it's highly dangerous if I think in that way and can led to high blood circulation at one point in body, increase in an inner heat temperature surrounding your heart and in worst case can led to explode your heart if made any direct contact with mine, means instant death but since the energy which I will insert will be through direct contact with your body and similar to the energy of my master, which is currently dwelling in you and so, your body won't reject it and will let it to go through your meridians.
(Alex) And I just need to grasp the sensation of that single flow of magical energy of yours in mid-way and slowly shift my focus in that pathway its going in like a guide giving directions, so only to reach through my inner meridians to my heart, where that core is planted. Right??

Otherwise, if anything goes wrong in the end part the damage will be both physically and mentally too not that severe though but will hamper and slow down your growth by 1 month time-lap, at minimum. Just remember two things here, because there would be now complete silence for while, so don't put stress on hearing that what's going on around.
(1st) Try to increase the focus of your inner sub-consciousness mind, at very max after calming yourself a bit and then just sense the flow of my mana within your meridians.
(2nd) Danger comes at the last part of this process. As I cutoff the connection with you in the final moment even after that, there would be a little spark of energy bust whose source you need to catch on, through your senses and when you do it, then you would able to catch the power you need right now.

Both of there bodies start to emit light and sparks 💥⚡⚡⚡ though the only difference, we can have here is that, Camelia body emitting red color light and sparks 🩸 while in case of Alex body is too light but still emitting light blue color sparks 💧 while he's still in his calm and meditating composure.
