[3rd POV]
'What in the hell is she doing here' Morgan thought in alarm, as the woman in front of her was Scathach, an incredibly powerful being that was quite literally able to kill Gods. And within her hands was a weapon that made Morgan's instincts flare.
It was Gae Bolg, or at least its alternative. It was a powerful weapon that was capable of even killing her, considering it could kill Gods. It was a weapon that would shatter most of her defenses if it was anything like it's Fate counterpart, and NOT something she wanted to even think of taking on.
And she was about to take it on.
'Ah shit...this might be bad' Morgan thought, not sure if she could handle a weapon like that. Cause sure, she was a Satan class being, borderline Super Class, but this...this was something else.
A godslaying weapon that could break through just about any defense. A weapon that could pierce through multiple things and would likely never miss her, not with the power imbued into it.
Meaning this would be a genuinely dangerous fight for her, one that could actually lead to her death if she was not careful. And it would be even more dangerous for her peerage members, far more.
They didn't have the regenerative means to survive the attack, if that regeneration would even work at all. They didn't have the defensive means to block the attack. They had nothing that would reasonably stop the spear from piercing their hearts and ripping them apart like they were nothing more than a bug.
The fact that Scathach was even working with Kokabiel in the first place was confusing, very confusing. It was so confusing that it was more improbable than anything, and with that improbability, Morgan was quite confident that she was not working with them under her own free will.
Mind control.
That was likely the answer. How the mind control worked on the killer of Gods, Morgan didn't know. But she suspected it had something to do with Ophis and the snake that she no doubt had given to Kokabiel.
Either way, that didn't matter right now, not with Scathach in front of her, holding her bloody red spear that gave off immense power, and even more danger. A bloodlust that made even Morgan pause slightly.
'How do I go about defeating someone like Scathach? She's likely not going to be someone I can hope to best in combat, with her skill in the spear being beyond anything I have faced before. This is a woman that is so skilled she can slay gods. But she is also under the control of a maniac, so perhaps...I can break her free of that control' Morgan thought, coming to a realization that she should be able to break the control off of her.
The Power of Annihilation was immensely powerful. Likely the most powerful ability she had in her arsenal, at least, in terms of sheer potential for hte future. It had the potential to annihilate just about anything, and that should even include immaterial things, like concepts, or in this case...mind control.
Revealing that she had this sort of power would no doubt put her in the lines of sight of Zekram Bael, but this was likely the fastest way she could do it, without fearing that Scathach manages to throw her spear before that.
'...Now I just need to get this off before she can break free' Morgan thought, as she began to prepare herself, her power beginning to grow around her, the dark purple aura of Annihilation clashing with Scathach's own power.
Red and Purple illuminated the skies of Kuoh as Rias looked up with wide eyes.
"What is that?!" Rias exclaimed upon seeing the crimson red aura. Even more so when she noticed the purple aura, as it felt...similar, akin to her Power of Destruction, but...more?
It was strange, and it made her fearful, at least, until she realized that the purple aura was coming from Morgan.
"It's Morgan! But...who's the woman she is fighting?" Sona asked, just as alarmed as Rias was, not because of Morgan, but because the power that the woman was exuding was dangerous.
It was making even the likes of Grayfia reel back slightly, as everyone's instincts flared, the danger that came from her was immense, and they all instinctually knew that this woman was not someone that they could fight against, not alone.
And yet Morgan was seemingly contending with her, at least, somewhat.
Grayfia could feel Morgan's unique power, wondering what it was, as she had never seen something like it before. It felt so similar to the power of Destruction, and yet conceptually it was different...almost like it was...superior.
Back with Morgan, the woman in question was focusing on the power of annihilation, pulling on it as the purple glow began to grow dim, instead focusing on one singular part.
The tip of her finger.
At least, it was, until Morgan raised said finger, and pointed towards Scathach, and with one flex of her power, the beam of energy ripped through the space in front of them.
This was the downside of Kokabiel being in control over Scathach. She had to be ordered by him to actually do anything, meaning it all relied on his own reaction time, and his own skill in strategy and leading.
Had it been a normal fight, where Scathach would be in control over herself, able to go all out as she pleased, Morgan was rather certain that she would be struggling a lot more, and would even potentially lose.
But instead?
Instead she was winning, well...won at least.
All because the beam of energy moved so fast that Kokabiel could not give Scathach an order before the beam had torn into her. It did not physically harm her, but instead, it tore through the control that was being forced onto her being.
And because of that, Kokabiel would lose. As Morgan had just released a very very powerful woman from a mind control she was not wanting to be under. More than that, she released a very very pissed woman from mind control.
A woman who after snapping free from the control, almost immediately scowled, her eyes lighting up in rage and fury.
Feeling the killing intent pouring from the woman in front of her, Morgan watched her tensely, only to blink as the woman began to turn behind her, to Kokabiel. The man in question paled as the woman growled.
"You dare mind control me?" Scathach growled enraged, as she began to lift the spear from her hands, moving it into a throwing motion. The spear glowing brighter than before, as Kokabiel realized the situation he was in.
"Wait wait! I saved you! We found you on the brink of death an-" "It does not matter, fool. You have controlled me against my will, and for that, you shall pay with your life" Scathach cut him off coldly, as the spear launched from her hand as she threw it.
No chant, no yell, no words. Just thrown across the skies, ripping through the rogue fallen angel like it was nothing. Piercing his flesh like it was butter in the scorching hot sun.
The man couldn't even let out a screech of pain, as the upper part of his body was completely and utterly obliterated from existence, an Earth shattering boom ripping through the air, causing many to cover their ears in pain. While others just watched in awe as Scathach casually summoned the spear back to her hands, like she hadn't just killed a man that was rivaling a Satan class being.
Morgan on the other hand was...strangely aroused.
The sight of a powerful woman like Scathach was hot to her, and attractive.
"Who is that woman? to be able to tear through him like he was nothing? Sure Morgan can do that too, but...not everyone is like Morgan" Grayfia questioned, wondering who she was.
She could tell that the woman was stronger than her by quite a bit, and was likely stronger than anyone in Morgan's peerage besides Morgan herself. Meaning the woman was likely at the peak of Satan class, perhaps even almost at the levels of Super class, albeit the very very very bottom of the class.
She still wasn't sure though, and she doubted the woman was showing off everything in her arsenal. Not with how easily she just killed Kokabiel.
Morgan on the other hand, felt her Fanon Maker try to activate, but she paused that for now. As she didn't want to use it in front of a bunch of people. She'd rather not be on the other end of a bunch of questions, even though eventually she would get caught, and would likely have to explain at least a little bit.
For now, Morgan decided she was going to figure out why Scathach was here, and what she was doing in the hands of Kokabiel.
So with that, Morgan looked to the woman in front of her, and spoke.
"So...how about we have a chat?"

That's the end of the chapter!
So, writing 2k word chapters every time is just not working for this fic. So from now on, all chapters uploaded will be at LEAST 1.4k words, and this fic will now have an actual upload schedule! Every Monday and Friday this fanfic will get updated. Meaning that it'll be around 2.8-3k words every week instead of the previous 2k. It'll also allow for more to happen instead of just dragging on a single chapter as I have been. I hope this is okay with y'all!
Anyways, have a good day!
