Arthur mistakenly thought that she had bluffed him when she shouted for help but no one showed up. So he was very angry when he stopped for nothing.
But it wasn't her intention to bluff him. In fact, she was the one who became most bewildered and confused when no one showed up to help her.
Her confusion turned into fear and panic when Arthur's arrows converged on her and blasted her out of the sky. As she fell to the ground, she screamed, "Please save me."
But her partner didn't come out. The man was very angry that someone from his sect had ended up in a sorry state, but he was even more afraid of death, so he chose to remain watching as Arthur killed her.
He didn't move from his position to help her at all. Anytime he thought of coming to her rescue, he would freeze because he could sense Arthur's divine sense constantly sweeping the surroundings.
