The second golden core elder turned to the third third one and said with disdain, "What do you mean we should ask him? Why would he tell us the reason for his strength? If it were you, would you tell us if we came to ask you for the foundation of your strength?"
The third golden elder defended his suggestion by saying, "I would tell you if you offered me enough benefits to make it worthwhile. Think outside of the box and use your brain once in a while instead of aiming to antagonize me at every point."
The second golden core elder snorted and said, "Anyway, I still think it is a bad idea."
The third golden elder frowned as he asked, "Then what do you suggest?"
The second golden core elder was quick to reply. He said smugly, "I think it is a better idea to ask a patriarch about why Arthur is strong. They are more insightful than we are, so they should be a good judge of the foundation of his strength."
