Stepping outside, Grey could see a carriage waiting for him.
And inside, Alba was already seated.
Without hesitation, the mage made his way inside and sat opposite from her.
The woman was as stunning as ever. There were no weapons on her as she was draped in a tight fitting red gown.
Her hair was let flowing down her back as she smiled at the Supreme Magus with her brown eyes twinkling for a moment.
If someone saw her, they would have thought she was either going on a date or a ball and not a tournament.
"For real? This is what you want to put on? How do you want to fight in this?" Grey asked seemingly unimpressed by how good she looked.
"Can't you at least compliment me?" Alba asked with a scowl on her face.
Before Grey could reply, the voice of the driver rang out.
"Can I start the trip?"
"Sure." Alba replied seemingly still annoyed at the question the mage had asked.
