A claw strike to her neck almost connected, but her sword snapped up in its path, blocking it cleanly. She was about to be sent skidding, but with Ki encasing her feet, she leaped up, shattering the ground beneath her and smashing an uppercut kick straight into the demon's chin.
Without losing a beat, she flipped backward and slammed her heel into another demon that was trying to sneak up on her. The impact released a gust of wind that cracked the ground outwardly, sending dust and blood flying.
Though the demon wasn't dead, she immediately leaped toward another one. Her eyes widened as a pair of claws streaked toward her face, forcing her to spin on her heel to avoid it.
