Over three months, a tall-gated compound had risen here. Within it were pavilions, towers, artificial hills, and emerald ponds—everything one could expect.

In the southwest corner of that open space stood rows of wooden training posts of different heights. In the southeast corner, all kinds of traditional weapons were displayed—long spears, great sabers, swords, and halberds. Every one of them had been wiped until it gleamed, reflecting a cold light.
Before the gate, a pair of mighty stone lions stood proudly.
