Making lots of radios for humans was a lot of effort, and it would take a lot of resources. Obviously, I didn't start this project out of the kindness of my heart!
Well. Listening to the reports about the shock and awe that the local humans felt after hearing a voice out of a radio for the first time was a honeyed balm on my ego and filled me with tons of pride for all my girls who developed and built this invention.
But this was beside the point.
The primary goal of giving radios to humans was, of course, propaganda.
"We would explain to humans how to make radio receivers, but not how to make transmitters. With their current technological level, it will take years for them to understand it on their own, and by then we will control all the information people of this continent get!" I explained to the Empire Council.
