Lense Legends ep 9: practicality
The scene starts with the crew already in the training room it's morning about 9am and ulga stands infront of a sitting down crew of dystopians.
Ulga: GOOD MORNING TRAINEES! So how are we feeling today, confident I hope, after all those booklets I gave you were very informational no? Of course they were.
Vincent: yeah I ain't gonna lie I didn't touch that shit. ( scratching her ear)
Gin: (yawns) kinda fell asleep before I could finish it.
Lackey and stacky: ....what booklet?
Junior: I already know everything about the place so I just tossed it.
Ulga:....
Ulga: please tell me at least you read it Theodore.
Theodore: Oh..uh..yeah i read it.
Ulga:😊
Ulga's internal monolog: I love you little brother.
Ulga: anyway! It is now time for some "practical" training.
The crew: practical training?
Ulga: That's right and when it comes to this type of training you will be required to use your powers.
Theodore's internal monolog: powers? Training? Wait a minute *gets flashback of the fight with junio*
Ulga: and als-
Theodore: hey! if this is gonna be like what that last guy did to us, then at least send stackey back to our quarters, shes already been through enough and I don't want her to experience it again as a matter of fact I think you should send Lackey back too. Unlike us they're still just kids not even teens yet.
Junior: he's right you know, physically they don't have the same endurance we do, so what feels like a heavy hit for us might just kill them.
Vincent: can't say I like the little fucks but I don't want em to die sooo
Gin: I agree.
Theodore: Please we promise to train twice as hard if you do.
Ulga pauses for a moment then smiles.
Ulga: no need to worry...the small ones will have a different and much easier training experience than yours. But as for right now there here to witness and learn.
Vincent: And What's that supposed to mean Rasputin. (She says with attitude)
Ulga: how about I show you.
Vincent: huh?
Ulga: you (points at Vincent) the violent little mouse. Your first, step up
Vincent: *tsk*
The scene then transitions to ulga and Vincent standing ready to face each other as if they were in a boxing ring.
Vincent: so what's the rules, you gonna bitch out, use your powers and fancy tricks or you gonna gimme that rematch so I can actually beat your ass like i should've.
Ulga: *gets visibly irritated* oh no *she says calmly* there's no need to worry about me using my lense. As a matter a fact this training session is so you can get better at using yours.
Vincent: huh!! What was that? It sounded like a lot a bitchin raspu-
Before Vincent could finish ulga speed blitzes past her taking off her head....or so it seemed until Vincent snapped out of it and realized she was in another part of the room not where she was standing before....ulga was there.
Theodore internal monolog: huh!! What the, was that she it's like she moved faster than my eyes could...b-b-but how! (He says sounding worried)
Junior internal monolog: what the hell? How the heck is she that fast is this the power of a superior lense wielder! I have to write this down.
Gin: so fast!
Lackey and stackys heart start beating fast.
Lackey: woah. Am I gonna be that fast.
Stacky: Vincent!! (In a concerned voice)
Vincent holds her neck while breathing frantically.
Vincent: *heavy breath* what the hell *heavy breath* was that.
Ulga: *whispers* 1 minute.
Vincent: huh!!?
Ulga: 1 minute. That's how late your lenses activated. If i hadn't stopped when I did i would have actually taken your head off.
Vincent: *Now sweating*
Ulga: you see. New lense users can't use their abilities right away so to basically jump start them their host has to be in extreme danger or facing death. Back in the day they would actually try to kill you until the lenses started working but we outgrew those standards because we realized just the sense of killing intent...is good enough. (Stares at Vincent menacingly) (looks back at crew).
Ulga: i hope you were paying attention because other than the small ones you will all be doing this until your abilities become second nature, this is the price of your freedom, am I understood.
The crew:...understood!
Vincent: (clenches her fist so hard it starts bleeding) danmit!.
Junior: (turns white and starts to fade away🤣)
Ulga: you *points at junior* your next, now come here
Junior: wait what!!!! Me? You gotta be kidding right, I can't go next. *looks around* uhh.....here!! Take Gin i offer him as a sacrifice!
Gin: dude not cool.
Ulga: no. It's your turn, now come over here before I drag you by your teeth. *She says menacingly*
Junior: ah!....ok. *he says cowardly*
Ulga and Junior are now standing apart from each other And face to face.
Junior: *trembling* he-hey so...uh you wouldn't mind going easy on me....would you.
Ulga: *smiles* sure of course.
Junior: phew that's a relief I thought y-
As Junior slowly lifted his head his eyes came face to face with ulga's fist just mere seconds away from reaching his face.
Junior internal monolog: holy shit...i think she's really gonna kill me there's no way that punch is a fluke. But wait i can't die not like this....I just can't, I can't fail him.
Junior then had a slight flashback of him and theo.
Junior: look man whoever you are don't try that "i believe in you bullshit" I know it's all lies anyway, my inventions don't mean shit to anybody if it's not pretty enough or convenient enough for them so stop pulling my leg Theolore or whatever you're stupid name is.
Theodore: *chuckles* it's actually Theodore. Hey, Junior i don't care about pretty or convenient things for me. To me as long as somethings functioning and can help me get out of a life and death situation it could be as ugly and inconvenient as a dirty toilet in the middle of nowhere.
Junior: what kind of analogy is that? Your a weird customer you know that.
Theodore: *laughs* yeah I probably am. But hey I'd say anything to cheer up my friends.
Junior: friends? Hey I'm not y-
Theodore: my point is I don't care what you create I'll always admire and believe in you junior no matter what. anything you create is special how you work is special and as your best friend I'll always be your number one fan no matter what!.
Junior: *flustered and blushing* hey!....you can't...what the...uh...ah ahhhhhh! What is wrong with you dude!
Theodore: Oh crap look at the the suns about set. I really gotta go sorry for wasting your time, see you later bro *as he runs off*
Junior: *flustered and blushing* hey I'm not your bro you punk!!! Mphm *goes back to work while grumbling*
The flashback ends and we now return to the present.
Junior internal monolog: goddamn it whyd I have to meet you!! I would've been okay with dying but you just had to walk your way in my life shit, shit, shit, shit, shit, shiiiit, danm you theooo!!!
Juniors eyes begin to glow brightly ulga notices and then everything cuts to black.
Vincent: what the fuck.
Everything comes back. Showing a suprised ulga trapped with here head being the only free part in what seems to be the rooms hardware technology as if she was frozen by ice but instead of ice it's technology and Junior then has his hands blocking his face but his feet seemed integrated with the ground with glowing lines as if he's connected himself to the room's technology.
Junior: wait wahh hah! I'm alive I'm actually alive *looks down sees his foot in the ground* AAAAAAAAAA!!!!! WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!.
Ulga then thinks to herself while junior is freaking out in the background.
Ulga internal monolog: mhmm technology manipulation. This one's unexpected and his output is pretty decent....still i chose to get hit by his attack cause if I didn't I'm pretty sure some of the kids would of been hurt.
The camera then shows the crew behind the attack that has ulga showing how close it was to them.
Ulga internal monolog: he doesn't have full control of it yet so something like this happening was expected *melts her way out of the technology then dustes of her clothes a little*
Ulga:*looks at Junior who's still freaking out* stop screaming.
Junior: *still scared of ulga* yes ma'am *stops screaming*
Ulga: you pass now go and sit back down.
Junior: of course...but uh my feet are kinda...you know.
Ulga: *looks at him very pissed*
Junior: *feet comes out of the ground* oh would you look at that my feet are back I'll just go sit back down. *Walks towards his friends hastingly*
Junior internal monolog: woah i guess that fear thing really does work. *he says while being terrified*
Ulga then looks at Theodore, Theodore then readys himself to get picked but ulga then shifts her gaze and looks at gin.
Ulga: ginger boy your next, come up now.
Theodore: ah..*relaxes himself* *sigh*
Gin: alright. *gets up* Let's see what i can do.
Gin starts to then walk towards ulga so that he can face her.....but as soon as he was out of reach of the rest of the crew, before he even reached ulga. She fired a fireblast at him so powerfully it could only be compared to the firepower of a rocket engine. Before gin could react it had seemed he was already hit.
Theodore: Gi!- uh....wait a minute is that-
Ulga: my my this is new
The scene then pans back to gin who is holding of ulga's powerful blast with water at the same power, creating a clash of elements.
Junior: woah!!! so that's his element and it's actually keeping up with the Russian lady's own sweet.
Vincent: yeah that's right kick her ass for me Gin!!
Theodore internal monolog: he's actually putting up a fight wich is good, but that's not what I'm worried about. *He says in a worried tone*
Ulga: tsk *sigh* this is no good.
Ulga then stops her blast causing the clash to come to an end.
Gin: whoo, that was something. So did I pa-
Ulga: you fail. *ulga says in a cold tone*
Theodore: danm. So i was right. She only passed Vincent and Junior because they're abilities are reality defying and since they wanna use us as weapons an elemental power alone doesn't even come close to enough. *worried*
Gin: what! But how! i jus-
Ulga: that was your elemental power not your "RDA" reality defying ability. Which means this test is not over. Now listen carefully ginger boy *takes her sword off her back with blue flames burning away the cloth covering it* I am going to kill you and the only way to save yourself is to activate your RDA and no....I am not bluffing. *She says looking serious and chilling*
Gin: huh *he says shaking and scared*
Ulga then starts to walk towards gin
Vincent,Theodore and Junior then all surprisingly tried to jump at ulga hoping to stop her....then BOOM! they hit up against a wall....a wall of air.
Theodore: hey what kind of crap is this huh!! *punches air wall*
Vincent: danm you, you cheatin bitch!
Junior: how's this even possible.
Ulga Then looks at what appears to be an empty corner in the training room And says.
Ulga: what are you doing here.....Andreas.
A man's body then appears Slowly out of nowhere as if he was camouflaging. The man looks laid back As if he has not a care in the world With not even a spec of Worry on his face Just a silly Little smile. This man is Andreas Carlos a captain lense wielder serving directly under Rohan the number 1 superior lense wielder.
Andreas: well looks like you caught me, i mean it only took you what two hours maybe three. *As he nonchalantly walks up to the air wall surrounding the children and leans on it* but hey whyd you stop, i mean I basically just helped you out by holding back these kids right. *takes out a cigarette and lights it then takes a puff*
Ulga: tsk
Gin internal monolog: who the hell is that guy? No! More importantly this is a good opportunity to escape so I gotta take it.
As Gin runs in the opposite direction ulga then uses her sword And Unleashes A powerful blue fiery slash That nearly misses gin,charing some of his hair, knocking him on his behind and leaving blue flames blocking his path.
Gin: ughhh
Andreas: ouch that must've hurt.
Ulga: I'll talk to you when I'm finished. *She then starts walking towards gin again*
Andreas: anything you say ma'am
Ulga's internal monolog: rghhh shiiiiiiit!!!! Why did that patronizing bastard have to come here. I'm not actually going to kill ginger boy but now that he heard me spit such a big game he's probably going to laugh at me, ugh I can already see it.
Ulga's imagination=
Andreas: hahahahaha I knew you were lying out of your ass 🤣 your such a softie *continues to laugh*

Ulga's internal monolog: whatever it's not like it's all that. Now back to work.
Ulga Then stops Midway before she reaches Gin She then stares at him intensively And he stairs back fearfully Along with his friends Who are worried for him And then you have Andreas Who looks intrigued. Gin Then blinks And when he opens his eyes ulga's sword is already Inches away from his neck With scorching hot flames on it. Everything then starts to move in slow motion The crew screaming No don't do it, Andreas watching while curious to see what happens,Olga planning to stop her blade at the last second, And then Gin has a flashback.
Gin: for most of my life all I've known is violence and I've seen it in all its forms, guns, knives, swords, sticks, stones, cat's, dogs, and etcetera but almost everytime the creature with the most violent tendencies stays at the top...humans. every form of violence that i just listed are all used by humans wether it be for a good cause or bad, violence is undoubtedly in human nature, we need it to hunt, eat, fight and most of all survive.....just like i needed to survive.....before I met you guys.
The flashback then shows gin on the yukon with the rest of the children uncle Benjamin saved watching a young Vincent cry and apologize to young Theodore before Theodore hugs and comforts her.
Everything then Fades to black
Gin: that's why.....right now.....I have to survive....no matter how violent I need to get.
The The flashback then ends And everything starts playing how we left off. But all of a sudden gin's eyes start to Glow As he stares into ulga's eyes With an ungodly amount of murderous intent.
Ulga: those ey-
Before ulga finishes her sentence her body gets riddled with all kinds of wounds, some that look like gunshots, stabs, slashes, claw marks and more that seem to come out of nowhere. It then causes ulga to jump back Bleeding all over Forcing her to heal herself Which takes a lot of energy out of her.
Andreas: now would you look at that *he muttered*
Ulga: this boy...
The crew looks just as suprised as everyone else.
Jin's eyes, Nose, and mouth Then start abruptly Bleeding And then he knocks out And falls to the ground.
Ulga: medic! Get in here!
The medics then enter the room and take Gin away.
Junior: hey! What the hell just happened!
Vincent: where are ya takin gin!
Theodore: at least tell us he's still alive!
Ulga: i....am unsure.
The crew then start to look distraught
Andreas: *chuckles* woahza! Now that was entertaining! *laughs*
Theodore: what the hell *grits his teeth* WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOUU!!!!! *punches barrier/air wall causing a crack in it.
Andreas: *stops laughing and looks at Theodore then looks at his barrier* hey ulga this kid's the last one right let me handle him.
Ulga: what! no! They are my responsibility, Rohan entrusted me with the task of training them, not you.
Andreas: and I am a captain serving directly under him which still puts me above you when it comes to decision making, unless you would rather we take this to rohan miss ramonii.
Ulga: shit.
Andreas: Excellent. Now *snaps fingers and then walks in the arena area*
Theodore then falls out of the invisible barrier leaving his friends in. A strong gust of wind then lifts Theodore off his feet and flings him in the arena area face to face with Andreas.
Andreas: now then how's about we get this party started. Oh and try to make this interesting I'm not a big fan of boring stuff...you know.
Theodore: your dead.
Andreas internal monolog: so your Jonathan's son are you. Well you do share quite the resemblance.....but *takes a fighting stance* i wanna see if some other things run in the jones family *looks at Theodore* this should be fun *smiles*
