Rope looked at the time stamp that had been revealed on his hand for a moment, and was a bit baffled.
No, why did this thing appear so suddenly!
Obviously this time, Rope didn't feel any resistance, nor did he feel like this was some other kind of situation. Just simply letting Sennogi take in Kujira changed history?
Then why was there so much resistance when he was thinking of getting Katsuhisa killed before?
Rope was genuinely unable to figure out what was going on.
Looking at the information he had found from within the company, but there wasn't much to say. After all, this kind of person who changed history was also a minority within the company, so it made sense that there weren't many records.
Rope, of course, knew who to ask to get answers.
Since Year had been able to change the past in his dreams before, there was no reason why he wouldn't know about this time stamp issue. So if he asked, he would be able to get an answer.
But Rope didn't have the slightest bit of goodwill towards this person who was bent on luring himself into the Void. If by now, Rope still didn't feel that there was something fishy about his crossing, then Rope didn't need to hang around anymore.
So Rope decided not to go to Year and ask about it. After all, it really didn't seem like a bad thing, and if he had the power to change history...
Rope shook his head and sighed somewhat helplessly, "It's a pity that I can't find Katsuhisa, otherwise I would really like to have a good exchange with him again!"
"Is Katsuhisa your friend from before?" Sennogi sat in front of the table. Rope didn't have a Pokéball on hand. And Pokéball did seem a billion times less reliable for Kujira.
After all, Kujira was still reluctant to be taken in, so Rope gave him a sturdier ball.
Watching Sennogi fiddle with it so happily, Rope couldn't help but have a light smile on his face.
He looked to the small ball at his waist. Finally, he had figured out a way.
It wasn't easy though!
Rope looked at the little man on his seat that could talk and move, and a relieved smile appeared on his face. Finally, this trouble had been solved. But that brings us to another problem...
Sennogi's end...can't be changed...
While Rope was lost in thought over this matter, an emerald green light of life suddenly blossomed in his chest.
Sennogi was the first to be attracted to it. Even Kujira, who was in Pokéball, felt the massive life force. Of course, the vaguely lingering power of time and space did not go unnoticed by him.
Kujira was secretly shocked, he had only thought that Rope was a god not realizing that a weaker god could be hidden in a god.
Sennogi didn't think so much about it, she just thought. when Rope's body was haunted by green light, it seemed to be a bit different feeling.
Well, it's quite awkward.
Not to mention Sennogi, Rope himself felt awkward. Damn this green light can't go to the head! Asshole!
Luckily, before Rope could really start to get mad, the green light in the area all but collected itself, and an onion head burst out of the green leaf on Rope's chest.
Celebi stretched, then as far as noticed the very pretty little girl off to the side.
This little girl he recognized, the same one that was in Rope's house. He didn't expect to arrive in the past and still escape Rope's hand with his eyebrows. Really an unfortunate girl ah!
"Er, aren't you going to be asleep for a long time?" Rope had a puzzled look on her face, "It's only been less than a week."
Celebi rolled his eyes helplessly. This asshole was still addicted, wouldn't he be able to go back earlier if he woke up earlier?
"The energy in your body is still warm and livable without releasing it at full strength, so I absorbed it very quickly, and coupled with a sudden surge of temporal power that appeared for some unknown reason, I finished replenishing my energy and woke up in the process."
Celebi gave Rope a brief explanation before seeing the little man alive and well on Rope's table.
"Eh? There's something odd about this villain ugh! Did you make him out of water!?"
Celebi immediately moved closer to the little man, watching his movements and carefully distinguishing his raw materials.
Rope didn't hide it, "Sort of, added a bit of clay as a skeleton too."
However, after saying this, Rope frowned and opened his mouth to ask, "You can feel it?"
Celebi immediately shook her head, "Can't feel it, it feels like flesh and blood. But being so small and being around you, it wouldn't have been simple. I did use a bit of my time ability to go back and see what it used to be."
Hearing that, Rope sort of let out a sigh of relief. If the method that he had managed to come up with couldn't even be hidden from Celebi, then this method could just be discarded.
"By the way, do you know of any temporal fluctuations here? Why would there suddenly be a large amount of temporal energy surging?"
Celebi opened her mouth as if she suddenly remembered something and asked with some uneasiness.
One must know that a temporal fluctuation would mean that they, Celebi, would have to work overtime. But people who could cause temporal fluctuations were generally not easy to deal with. So that meant another Celebi was going to have to wade in.
Rope didn't answer, but just showed Celebi the mark on the back of her hand that was so shallow that it couldn't be seen too well without a closer look.
Celebi didn't care at first, but when she noticed what the mark looked like, her entire onion head froze.
"You! Did! What!"
A huge amount of energy erupted from the tiny body.
Rope had voluntarily turned on his Elementalization, otherwise it would have been really hard to deal with such a powerful roar.
Sennogi, on the other hand, tightly covered her ears, and two clusters of clear water gushed out from the Pokéball and covered Sennogi's ears. This was what allowed her to avoid the tragedy of being attacked by the sonic waves.
The townspeople had a look of helplessness on their faces. It hadn't been long since this Kujira's long chant had passed, and it was so hard to be able to clear their heads for a while, and now they had stumbled upon such a loud voice.
What's going on here!
Rope wanted to ask the same question, but before he could do so, Celebi simply waved his hand to signal him to shut up.
Then a light yellow light flashed in his hand, and a scene from the past flashed in the light.
Rope saw himself sending Kujira flying with an easy punch.
He also saw himself knocking Katsuhisa away with ease, but not taking his life.
Also saw himself leaving, and that night of carnage.
The next scene was different though.
There's Sennogi beating Kujira.Rope almost taking out Katsuhisa.Rope fiddling with the villain.Sennogi with a look of determination.
One scene looks fragmented, but there's a lot of information in it.
Rope sees it too. He had changed the trajectory of this timeline as it should have been.
But Celebi's face was getting ugly. The timeline before the change seemed so clear, so perfect, so... unreal.
How could Rope's character make that kind of choice at a time like that?
There was only one possibility.
"You're the only one in the timeline..."
Rope looked at Celebi's eyes as she looked at herself, not knowing how to react for a moment as Celebi's words echoed in her ears.
"What are you talking about?"
Rope asked, opening her mouth a little strangely.
Celebi stared at Rope and didn't say anything.
After a long time, she shook her head, "Nothing, you're special."
After saying that, without waiting for Rope to speak again, Celebi opened her mouth to pre-empt her and asked, "Are you done with your business? It's time for us to head back. It's not right for us to stay in the past too long after all."
Rope could see that Celebi was being evasive. But there was nothing he could do about it. He couldn't just take it upon himself to tie Celebi up and make her account for it.
It wouldn't make sense.
So after taking a deep look at Celebi, he spoke, "It'll have to wait, there's still some things to take care of in the Village of the Water, and there's another village I have to visit..."
Rope looked to the northeast, his eyes narrowing slightly, it was one of the things he was concerned about.
Celebi nodded, not contradicting Rope.
"Alright, you move as quickly as you can. Anyway don't delay too long."
After saying that Celebi didn't want to pay any more attention to Rope. she was also in a bit of a mess right now and needed to organize the thoughts in her head.
So Celebi transformed into a leaf once again and imprinted herself on Rope's chest.
Rope was silent for a moment, noticing the way Sennogi was looking at her.
"What's wrong?"
Rope had a smile on his face.
"Are you leaving?"
There was a palpable loss in Sennogi's tone.
Rope pursed her lips, then smiled playfully, "I'll be leaving."
With that he put his hand on Sennogi's head and smiled, "But not now."
Sennogi looked up at Rope, then nodded silently.
"Say your goodbyes afterward. I'll be here for two more days."
"Good!"
After saying that, the two fell into an uncharacteristic silence. Apparently, they had a lot of things to say to each other, but they couldn't say them.
Rope was silent for a while, then said, "I'll go look for Takeshi, and you can familiarize yourself with Kujira again with the coordination between the two of you."
Sennogi nodded. Suddenly she understood why Rope had asked her to take in Kujira. she felt it now, when there was no way to put Kujira out on land. kujira was like a weaker, weaker, weaker, weaker version of the Origin of Water. Being able to make Sennogi utilize power beyond that of a normal Pokémon.
If you are in a large enough area of water, Sennogi and Kujira can even assist each other and complement each other. They are a perfect match for each other.
If Rope and Kujira were to work together, it would probably just be a strengthened version of Porcairn.
It wasn't considered weak, but it definitely wasn't to the extent of complementing each other either.
While Sennogi and Kujira were "exchanging feelings", Rope had already walked to Takeshi's office.
Takeshi had also been busy for a while. Not everyone is as energetic as Rope.
Like Takeshi, who was relieved after finally getting the prep work done with Seito's help. After saying hello to Seito he was ready to take a nap in his chair.
As a result, he had just felt the call of the god of beauty and dreams when a shout yanked him back from his slumber.
"Takeshi!"
"Ugh!"
Takeshi now had thoughts of lifting the table! Motherfucker he was just like taking a nap ah! Who was offended! Don't be so mean!
"What the fuck!"
Takeshi asked growling at Rope with a scowl on his face.
"Er, what's wrong with you?" Rope was taken aback by Takeshi's dark expression and spoke with a few moments of uncertainty.
Takeshi, seeing that the visitor was Rope, took a deep breath and bobbed his head to clear it before opening his mouth somewhat helplessly and asking, "What's wrong? What is it?"
There was still a bit of impatience in his tone, but it was certainly better than what he was doing just now.
"Nothing much, just letting you know that I fixed that thing I was talking about earlier."
Seito looked at these two people, a little puzzled, but didn't ask more questions, after all, it wasn't a secret that these two people had some secrets between them among everyone's knowledge.
"Yeah? That's good."
Knowing that the last problem in his plan had been solved, he finally let go of the last stone in his heart. Silently, he said, "That's good, finally, things have been taken care of."
But Rope spoke up, "But Sennogi can't stay out of this."
So a table came crashing down towards his face.
The table went through Rope's face and hit the floor.
Seito was startled by the table. Taken aback even more by Rope's face.
What the hell is this guy?
Rope looks at Takeshi over there, whose face has instantly gone fierce, and waves his hand, "Make yourself at home, this is the last weigh over I can achieve. I can guarantee Sennogi's safety. But it's up to Sennogi to keep you all safe as well."
"She's just a little girl! Who is she to guarantee our safety!"
Takeshi said viciously. He certainly wasn't disliking Sennogi's weakness. Rather, he was telling Rope in no uncertain terms. this plan of yours won't work!
Rope said unconcernedly, "Because Sennogi took in Kujira and was able to utilize the power of Kujira and the Water Origin."
At those words, Takeshi and Seito both blanched.
They both knew that Kujira had been subdued. But because they had known this ending for a long time, neither of them had paid attention to the ending of the center lake.
Now Rope came over and told them...the one who had subdued Kujira was not the guy in front of them. Rather, it was Sennogi.
"There's no need for me to lie about something like that, Mizu saw it too."
Rope shrugged and said so.
"...Thank you for making it right."
Takeshi was silent for a moment and bowed to Rope, seriously.
"There's no need to thank me, Sennogi is strong enough on his own, it doesn't have much to do with me."
That's what the words said, but everyone knew that sometimes it wasn't the strength that mattered, but the qualification.
Rope gave Sennogi that qualification, and that was a great help.
"So, let's perfect the final plan."
Rope spoke sincerely and earnestly.
