Scene: all of the Scions were traveling to save the Mylans from getting overrun by the Eiajins. Everyone in the Scions was heavily on edge
Cadi: Yuna don't worry about it, as long as the Mylans know we're coming everything else should be fine. Hey Kyuya we got their S.O.S so get the rest of the squadron ready and we'll take Edrakun and drive ourselves there.
Kyuya: normally we go places on foot to draw less attention but this time I guess we gotta hurry.
Scene: the rest of the Scions Platoon gathered together to enter the Edrakun( The Edrakun is a large 20-wheeled vehicle that is 20 feet wide with the appearance of a large old century dump truck. It's red and black with symbols of the Scions on both the right and left sides of the vehicle. Edrakun stands for E-drone-unit( excavator-drone) it can be operated with or without a person driving it. For safety reasons, no one is ever allowed on board to operate the vehicle. It is operated by itself or by someone who is not on board the vehicle. This is because many drivers are at risk and the first to be attacked by the Eiajins. All personnel are loaded into the back and are never allowed In the driver's deck because there are windows. The models of the Edrakun haven't been able to be remodeled yet due to the Eiajins overrunning civilization so a device was built on the side to lock into the Edrakun from the back where there are no windows where the platoon soldiers can operate in it. The soldiers can see everything that goes on outside from the inside without being in the driver's deck. Aside from that the vehicle is very heavily armored in phironium which is a very flexible dense and sleek metallic material. When hit it locks up like a fabric similar to silk but it creates a shockwave that makes a ringing noise like that of a bell. If hit by bullets or other objects it will cause them to vibrate and or stop as if right before hitting it. The Edrakun was in itself the most heavily armored vehicle and the only vehicle civilization had at this point. The Edrakun was built right before the EIajin attacks and after that, it was all or nothing more than total utter destruction. Not much else that they could suffice. The Edrakun's carrier area could hold up to 80 passengers and there were many different compartments to store weapons. The Edrakun had only 3 weapons that it was built with for defense. One was the E-cannons. They were placed on each of the sides of the Edrakun along with the 10 E-Assault turret guns. 5 on each side of the Edrakun. And last but not least the E-Assault blades come from both sides of the Edrakun as well. They were designed to cut through pathways and debris. This makes excavation more efficient and perimeters are easier to set up. With the Edrakun its ability to handle simple tasks such as drilling and mining they can accommodate their labor and time effectively. All Of the soldiers rely on this format of using the Edrakun for combat and defending territories.
