"Incredible! How does he manage to hit targets without even looking?"
"Are all master marksmen that skilled?"
"This is absolutely insane! No wonder he's qualified to be an Avenger!"
Witnessing Hawkeye's precision shooting, especially his ability to hit targets behind him without even turning around, left the multiverse observers questioning everything they thought they knew about human capabilities.
They had originally assumed that Barton and Natasha were merely highly trained but otherwise ordinary humans. Natasha's combat skills seemed impressive but not superhuman, and Barton appeared to be just an exceptionally skilled archer. How could they possibly qualify for a team full of gods, super-soldiers, and genius inventors?
But now these skeptics were completely silent, because Hawkeye's demonstration had proven just how formidable his abilities truly were.
There were also his various specialized arrows, each designed with specific functions to handle different tactical situations - a mobile arsenal that could adapt to any battlefield scenario.
[Tony flew at high speed close to ground level and spotted an ideal tactical opportunity. He banked sharply and dove through a low building entrance.]
[He executed another sharp turn and reversed direction. Due to his tremendous velocity, even Tony nearly collided with the structural supports, and the pursuing Chitauri had far less maneuverability than his armor.]
[The lead pursuer crashed directly into the concrete wall at full speed, while the remaining two managed to decelerate in time and navigate the turn to continue their pursuit.]
["Oh, come on!" Tony exclaimed when he realized he couldn't shake them through speed alone, so he decided to take the chase directly into the building's interior corridors.]
[The low, narrow corridors proved to be exactly what Tony had hoped for - a perfect trap for the bulky Chitauri craft. As soon as they entered the confined space, one of them immediately crashed into a support beam.]
[The remaining craft was still attempting to match Tony's flight path, but the ceiling height suddenly dropped even lower ahead. Tony's compact armor could easily navigate the restricted space.]
[But the Chitauri assault craft was too large to fit through the opening. It slammed into the ceiling and exploded in a brilliant fireball, allowing Tony to eliminate all his pursuers through superior tactical maneuvering.]
[After resolving that particular threat, Tony was genuinely excited: "Nice! What else you got?"]
["Thor's got a squadron pinned down on Sixth Street!"]
[Upon hearing this, Tony responded with characteristic competitiveness: "And he didn't invite me?"]
"The enemy forces are incredibly formidable! Even Tony Stark had to resort to environmental tactics to deal with these Chitauri!"
2nd Generation Spider-Man frowned with concern. The last thing he wanted to face was an opponent that was both extremely fast and capable of flight, like Electro from his timeline - though fortunately Max didn't have powers yet in his current reality.
Even though Tony made it look effortless, in reality he would be in serious trouble if he made even a single mistake. His margin for error wasn't much better than the Chitauri he was fighting.
Tony himself remembered his collision with the Dark Elf mothership. If it weren't for his armor's excellent shock absorption systems, his neck would have been snapped instantly.
[A massive Leviathan undulated past a residential building, its enormous bulk causing terrified civilians pressed against the windows to retreat deeper into their apartments. When they saw the nightmarish creature banking toward their building, they screamed in absolute panic.]
[At that moment, another thunderous roar echoed through the urban canyon. Hulk came charging from the opposite side of the building, smashing through every obstacle in his path with unstoppable momentum.]
[Hulk burst through reinforced glass and steel railings, launched himself from the building, and grabbed one of the Leviathan's massive teeth. He used his incredible strength to wrench the creature's head to one side.]
[The Leviathan's huge wings struck the concrete wall with such force that they sliced through the reinforced structure like a blade through paper. The terrified civilians inside could only watch helplessly as the creature flew past, leaving behind a trail of building debris and structural damage.]
[Meanwhile, on street level, Natasha found herself in a desperate situation. A Chitauri warrior had driven her back against an abandoned car and was raising its energy weapon to deliver a killing blow.]
[Fortunately, Natasha managed to kick the alien in the torso at the last second, then immediately clamped her legs around its head and seized the opportunity to press her Widow's Bite weapon against the back of its neck.]
[The high-voltage electrical discharge immediately incapacitated her opponent. Natasha grabbed the fallen energy weapon and used it to finish off the stunned Chitauri with a precisely aimed energy blast.]
[At that moment, she heard movement behind her and immediately spun around with the weapon raised. When she saw it was Captain America approaching, she breathed a sigh of relief and lowered her guard.]
[Captain America moved to her position. Natasha was clearly exhausted from the prolonged combat, standing there with the alien weapon while trying to catch her breath.]
["We can't hold them off forever," she said between gasps. "Unless we can close that portal, they'll just keep coming!"]
[Captain America also looked up at the wormhole. He understood the tactical reality, but unfortunately they still had no way to penetrate the Tesseract's protective energy field.]
["We need to get up there," he said grimly.]
[Black Widow suddenly had an inspiration: "Well, maybe getting up there isn't about firepower."]
[Captain America glanced at her questioningly, then noticed more Chitauri forces dropping down in front of their position.]
["We need to get up there," Natasha repeated with new determination. "I need a ride."]
[Hearing this, Natasha discarded the energy weapon and looked directly at Captain America: "I've got a ride. I could use a boost, though."]
[Captain America immediately understood her plan and took several steps back to give himself room.]
[Although he was prepared for what was coming, he still couldn't help but ask: "Are you sure about this?"]
["Yeah! It's gonna be fun!" she replied, timing her approach perfectly. She sprinted toward Captain America, used the car hood as a springboard, then leaped onto his raised shield.]
[Captain America channeled his enhanced strength through both arms to launch Natasha upward with tremendous force. She grabbed onto a passing Chitauri assault craft and was carried away into the aerial battlefield.]
[Captain America watched her ascent with obvious concern, but before he could see whether she had successfully gained control of the craft, an energy blast struck the ground beside him. He was forced to turn his attention to engaging seven or eight Chitauri warriors who had surrounded his position.]
[Natasha gripped the craft's tail section and struggled to climb forward against the vehicle's momentum. She spotted the safety chain that the Chitauri used to secure themselves during flight and drew a tactical knife to cut through it.]
[The rear gunner noticed her presence and turned to engage, but Natasha kicked him off the craft before he could bring his weapon to bear.]
[The pilot in front had no idea what was happening behind him until Black Widow appeared over his shoulder and drove her knife into his torso, killing him instantly and taking control of the craft.]
["Okay! Turn! Turn! Come on!" Natasha fought to control the unfamiliar vehicle, nearly clipping a building in the process.]
[The Chitauri forces behind her quickly discovered her hijacking attempt and moved to intercept, their first energy blasts barely missing her position.]
[Just when she was in immediate danger, Tony arrived and eliminated the threat with precisely aimed repulsor blasts, though he himself took return fire from additional Chitauri behind him.]
[Fortunately, the gold-titanium alloy construction of his armor was strong enough that the energy blasts couldn't penetrate his defenses. Tony wasn't one to leave threats unaddressed - he spun around and fired both palm repulsors simultaneously to destroy the attacking enemies.]
"She's incredibly brave! I can't believe she actually attempted something that dangerous!"
1st Generation Gwen was filled with admiration for Natasha's courage. Even with the Venom symbiote enhancing her abilities, she wouldn't dare attempt such a risky maneuver.
"Thank God Tony Stark was there to help, or she would have been in serious trouble!"
1st Generation Spider-Man was genuinely grateful for Black Widow's good fortune. It was obvious that Tony had been functioning as a one-man rapid response team throughout the battle, rushing to wherever the danger was most acute.
