In the Wine Shop, Zhou Dagen had already stood outside more than once, watching, as Su Ziceng had been out for a whole morning and half an afternoon, with no news on how things were progressing at the municipal government.
Zhou Dagen actually admired Pello quite a bit; after that initial phone call earlier, this young man hadn't asked about anything related to Su Ziceng anymore. He seemed to have a lot of patience, not even making a single phone call.
