Afterward, Zhang Jingdong and Jiang Lai tidied up a bit and headed to the back mountain together.
It was close to 11 o'clock, so there were hardly any people on the back mountain.
Zhang Jingdong held a video camera, filming as he walked. Occasionally, he would aim the camera at Jiang Lai, who was carrying a bamboo basket and wearing a dress, and other times at the beautiful mountain scenery in the distance, painted in vibrant autumn colors.
One had to admit, the combination of beauty and scenery truly was refreshing.
Zhang Jingdong silently marveled for a moment, then said, "Jiang Lai, how many types of wild vegetables are there on this mountain? Do you know them all?"
Jiang Lai glanced at Zhang Jingdong and sweetly replied, "Of course I know them. I used to come here often with my grandma when I was very young to dig wild vegetables."
