A quarter of an hour later, Mei Xiang walked out carrying a small bag of ingredients.
"Mei Xiang, take a look, are we missing anything?" Xiao Meier asked as she walked alongside.
Mei Xiang checked again carefully, "Hmm... it seems like we have everything."
Xiao Meier then asked, "You know how to use the gas stove at home, right?"
Mei Xiang nodded, "Yes, I do."
"Alright, then I'll see you tonight."
As the two of them walked to the door, Chen Cheng sat up straight, "Did you pick everything out?"
"Yes, I'm just worried that what I cook won't be tasty, and then Sister Meier and you, Brother Cheng, won't like it."
Xiao Meier replied with a smile, "How could that happen? With all your effort, we'll have to eat up everything!"
She turned to Chen Cheng and said, "You too, right?"
