The sudden turn of events on the scene left all the wizards stunned, including Ronan.
He had initially planned to cause a commotion and, if unable to force entry, try another gatekeeper elsewhere. Unexpectedly, he became the sole passer.
"So your previous actions were all an act?"
Ronan slowly asked.
The Gatekeeper Tree-man smiled and shook its head, "Not entirely, they did manage to please me after all. It's just an entry slot anyway.
Under the brilliance of the Three Towers, people like them were bound to be eliminated sooner or later..."
"Three Towers?"
Ronan's eyes flickered, but the Gatekeeper Tree-man refused to elaborate further. Instead, it pulled open the vortex entrance at its chest wider, bowing and saying, "You should go in now... Once you step into Spirit Lake, you'll naturally find all the answers."
