If you want to establish a sect, you'll definitely need a Dao Field.
This Dao Field cannot be too subpar; at the very least it must have a Third-stage Spiritual Vein.
Having a Dao Field is not enough, you need enterprises.
Ordinary forces need vast spirit fields, but White Jade City doesn't require too many spirit fields, as Spirit Source Land has plenty of spirit fields.
However, that doesn't mean White Jade City doesn't need other things.
Various minerals, various Spiritual Objects, and most importantly, the fundamental Spirit Stones.
Countless Spirit Stones, the more the merrier.
This means that White Jade City must compete with various forces to seize territories, enterprises, resources, and everything beneficial to itself.
