The room was quite spacious, but it had clearly seen better days.
The walls were somewhat peeling.
"Just take a seat, I'll go get you some water," said Yang's mother to Chu Mo and Yang Hui, and then she headed inside.
At this point, Chu Mo noticed that there were already four people sitting in the room.
A middle-aged man who looked to be over fifty, his hair somewhat gray and a bit overweight.
Next to him sat a middle-aged woman, dressed quite decently, but not very attractive.
There was also a young woman, heavily made-up, the kind that screams delinquent at first glance. Chu Mo just took one look and could tell that she'd been played by plenty of men.
And then there was someone wearing a gray Taoist robe, acting all high and mighty, appearing like a sage who's seen through the nature of the world.
Chu Mo couldn't help but let out a scoff. At a glance, he knew this type wasn't any good.
