The Police Chief turned pale when he heard the sound from the video.
Jimmy took out a briefcase from the car, pulled out a stack of Paper Currency, and smashed it onto the other's face, telling the Police Chief, "Now, I'll give you two choices. First, be my enemy. I'll release this video, ruin your reputation, and make sure you die a miserable death! Or second, take this money, and we'll be friends. You'll have to help me out with Tad, apply for police action, and raid their lair!!"
After a fierce internal struggle, the Police Chief ultimately couldn't resist the temptation of money. Gritting his teeth for survival, he agreed, "Alright, I can agree to cooperate with you. But this money isn't enough."
