Ryan had come to Jalor Star simply because it was the closest to Morke Star; there was no other special reason.
He could have found another big force on Morke Star to trade the Ethereal Fish with, but after thinking it over carefully, he decided against it.
Heavenquest Pavilion was on Morke Star, and it wouldn't be good if the people of Heavenquest Pavilion found out he was trading Ethereal Fish again.
Although the chance of being discovered wasn't very high, Ryan was a cautious person, so he had left Morke Star and come to Jalor Star.
On the way to Jalor Star, he had already made a plan.
This time, he intended to deal with the Sharman Hall on Jalor Star.
The Sharman Hall was a top force second only to Heavenquest Pavilion. Its reputation was decent and it wasn't very domineering. The key was that it was very rich, with many technology companies and chambers of commerce under it, and its business spread across many river systems.
That was why Ryan chose this force.
