The only pity was that the Hydrael Realm was a world with special rules, and only blood warriors of Rank 7 and below were allowed to enter.
A Rank 11 powerhouse could defy the rules and force his way into the Hydrael Realm, and a Rank 11 powerhouse had in fact come before, but he found that the Hydrael Realm had been transformed by Lord Hydrael, and forcing his way in would mean going up against the means Lord Hydrael had left behind.
Even if he could overcome them, the Hydrael Realm could easily be destroyed.
So the Rank 11 powerhouse left, and before leaving, he revealed the existence of Lord Hydrael's inheritance.
Only then did people learn that the Hydrael Realm held Lord Hydrael's inheritance, but no one had found it so far.
So people weren't very concerned with Lord Hydrael's inheritance in the Hydrael Realm; their only goal was the Ethereal Fish, which was one of the reasons so many Celestial prodigies entered the Hydrael Realm.
