Silveraxis welcomed both geniuses and powerhouses, who could obtain a Silveraxis identity certificate and officially become members of Silveraxis.
The so-called geniuses were those with high potential who had not yet fully grown, while the powerhouses were those at Rank 8 and above; both were qualified to enter Silveraxis.
In fact, though, many Rank 8 powerhouses weren't willing to become part of Silveraxis, because Rank 8s didn't have high status there, and life in Silveraxis was far less comfortable than on other planets.
The outside warriors who really wanted to squeeze into Silveraxis were all geniuses, geniuses who wanted to achieve even greater things.
